I've probably already read a hundred farewell threads with sn, haven't seen as many, for example, with N or something else, it seems that SN is the most popular method here, is that right?

On this site, probably, at least that's what I gather as well. But the site also has a pretty big compilation of SN info, so its only logical that many people who choose SN would also happen to be on this site. Compared to someone who shoots themself, jumps from a high place, etc, that may not require as much research so they just do it instead of seeking out and joining a site like this.
Not for long given how many sources have been lost and how the NYT article explicitly named SN by its full name which will just make it more known and even harder to get.Similar threads
