I am thinking of lowering my SI with alcohol. However, my CTB method is N and I was wondering if both are compatible?

Also can someone please let me know where to find the PPH as I need to read some things about N? Sadly, I Am have to gonna use it pretty soon, just want to be prepared for it

Any suggestions are welcome

Both N and alcohol work as CNS depressants, effect the Gaba-A receptors, has a sedating and drowsy effect. They both work in the same way somewhat to some extent. You can read more about it on the drugs interactions website.

If you are not yet mentally prepared to disappear, alcohol can help overcome the SI. I'm in a similar situation.

PPH does recommend having a strong drink after N ingestion. Don't do it if you are not used to it though, because it may just induce vomiting. This other book I read doesn't say alcohol is necessary, although I cannot remember the reason why.
