I'm seeing people here saying CTBing with SN is one of the most peaceful methods — putting aside nausea, tachycardia and some other mild symptoms, is not a painful method. Is the way I'll attempt.
But is really... peaceful? The idea of being a peaceful method may be subjective, and I'm considering that I'm a person sensitive to pain and physical discomfort. I'm afraid that mild discomfort will make me panic and ask for help. IDK

its hard to say. from what i've heard, no single SN attempt is the same.

i'm sure you know this, but just incase, what happens is your blood loses its ability to carry oxygen. this means your body knows it's suffocating.

now, compared to other methods, SN is undoubtedly one of the less extreme ones. but, the real truth is that the human body fights anything that threatens its ability to stay alive. its not going to be 100% calm, thats just how all methods are. but compared to the other methods, SN would be considered extremely peaceful.

i apologize if there wasn't much usefulness in my reply, this is my first on the site iirc
thank you for reading, i wish you the best of luck if you decide to follow through

From what I have read on this site, I would say SN alone would be 5 on the scale of 0-10 ( absolute horrid to the most peaceful). If you manage to combine it with the meds in PPH( especially Benzos). U can bring it upto 6-8.

Besides pain, there is a lapse of time while the SN is in your body and you're still conscious. Some say 15 minutes, others 40, but in any case I don't think you can predict what your reaction will be when you know you're dying. Some have definitely panicked and called for help
