Is around 27°C/81°F okay for storing SN?

Room temperature is regarded as 20-22°C, but I'm not really in control of it. The room I'm storing it in might be a bit hotter even, and it's in a drawer right beside a window.

The drawer is dark. It's not in front of the window to clarify, but just to the left of it. The only other place I can think to store it is maybe a cardboard box in my closet. But it's already been in the drawer for like a week, so if it was degrading it it's probably too late. The drawer doesn't feel warm though.

I see, I think it's probably alright. Just store it like you would some other stuff. I think it's just a precaution to not let it sunbathe in the sun Should b fine.

From what I understand, humidity is the main enemy of SN, not heat (at least not 82F.) I'm terrified of my SN going bad, but I wouldn't worry about storing it in the low 80s as long as it's not exposed to air.

I tried blocking sunlight from it a little, but it's already been a couple days... It's okay as long as it doesn't feel hot, right?

Page one of Google. I can see that you're clearly really worried about this. If you really want to be 100% sure it stays totally fresh/pure/active, you need to follow these instructions. If you can't, you'll have to deal with the potential consequences. It really is that simple, bud.

Wood floors are subject to higher temperature fluctuations. I dunno man your SN is going to be fine lol.

Might not be a good sign if the floor around the drawer is warmer that the rest of the room though. Fucking piece of shit window. I'd love to just take it now.

More than temp the thing to worry about is exposure to air and moisture. So as long as it is sealed properly in air tight container and not exposed to direct Sunlight it should be fine. U don't have to worry so much abt wooden drawers etc. Ur SN will be fine ...

Forgive my ignorance, but what is direct sunlight exactly? The drawer is next to a window and sunlight shines on it.

e.g leaving it on the window ledge. although your draw is 'next' to the window, the SN is inside it, so is not in direct sunlight. i would possibly move it though if there is light hitting the draw alday??

The drawer is like a half meter away from the window. I put some boxes between them to try and block the light, I hope that's good enough.

Yeah , slightly. But not opened to moisture eg opened bottle. I did change the contents of the original bottle to another to avoid detection and theft. Once or twice but not daily basis you are fine.

Its OK if u opened the bottle to check but close it tightly .. The idea is to keep it air tight so moisture does not enter the container / bottle. ...

I've read other MSDS on SN, didn't see the part about 'avoid storage on wood floors.' Interesting, wonder why.
