Is an overdose of sodium bicarbonate and salt a good method of CTB?

I am learning about various methods of committing CTB and I have seen that an overdose of sodium bicarbonate and salt can be quite fatal. But since it is not a very popular method I have not found much information. Does anyone know more about this method or have any personal experience with it? Would you recommend it?

To be honest it sounds very unreliable and unpleasant don't see much benefit to including the sodium bicarbonate instead of just more salt but even then it will probably be a long and painful endeavor. However I'm in no way an expert and this is just my guess but I feel like there are far more "pleasant" ways of CTB but I shall hope for more knowledgeable members to reply

Just stick with the methods mentioned in the guides.
Other methods, if they worked they would be mentioned more/more popular but they're not.

So any other method you come across I guess just try it yoself and report back.

Okay, thanks for the information. The truth is that you are right I suppose that if it were a "painless" or quick method of committing CTB it would be mentioned more often. In addition, I have sought more information about the salt overdose and it is probably super painful and takes several weeks to die. So if better if I cross out this method from the list.

Salt overdoses would include a significant amount of vomiting and ultimately high sodium levels would kill you but that wouldn't but fast by any means. I'm not really sure why the sodium bicarbonate would even be added as salt in its own can be lethal but it wouldn't be pleasant at all. Likely a significant amount of vomiting, stomach pain, heart palpitations, and many other symptoms as organs fail.
