Help Tried ligature method, didn’t particularly work. What about n2o?

I was recommended ligature strangulation and even after many many attempts it doesn't seem to make me pass out. I have a canister of nitrous oxide and some plastic bags laying around. Does anyone know a method where I can just use these two things to ctb? Cheers guys, thanks in advance
