In an SN protocol, what makes you pass out?

So I've fully accepted nausea and stomach pain from ingesting SN, that I can deal with. Something that I would like to avoid if at all possible though is the feeling of oxygen starvation.

In different threads and first-hand accounts (and videos) I've seen people pass out 6-15 minutes after ingesting the SN.

However, is this an effect of the SN? Or is this thanks to the benzos that were taken along with the SN?

I have some Diazepam stashed that I am planning to take with my SN when it arrives, but if it is the Diazepam that is meant to "knock me out" and avoid the worst feelings of the SN effects, I'd like to do a trial run by taking 20-30mg of Diazepam and see how long it takes to knock me out.

However, I've seen mixed accounts that SN causes a sudden drop in blood pressure and oxygen levels in the brain which is actually what knocks you out, in which case the function of the Diazepam in my protocol is just to reduce anxiety then that changes things.

Would anybody more informed on the effects of SN or benzos (or Diazepam specifically) be able to help clear this up for me?

The diazepam diminishes your survival instinct first of all and also numbs you out. It acts as a long term benzo. It doesn't knock you out cold instantly like oxazepam or xanax because it is not designed that way.

Sn does not cause air hunger, rest assured. You might feel lightheaded and dizzy, almost like in a drunken state.

I took SN (and wouldve died had 911 not been called) i felt absolutely no oxygen starvation, i felt like i was going to heaven actually, once i got past the initial nausea. You have nothing to worry about if you can get antiemetics or just bare the first few minutes

It's the SN knocking you out. Once your blood oxygenation is below like 60, your brain is not going to be getting enough oxygen to keep you awake. That can happen pretty quickly if you take like 25g of SN.

Not sure but i know it was below the recommended 25g, and i didnt take it the right way either, i downed a big chunk of it that i got on a spoon with no water until after i swallowed

It was horrible, i didnt mix it in water just swallowed a chunk of sn so maybe tasting that alone made things worse but i couldnt stand it. I had to drink a lot of water to get rid of the taste

In my research I'd read about the difference between oxygen starvation due to too much CO2 (for example by putting a bag over your head) vs other molecules binding to those receptors (such as a nitrogen exit bag). I'm very glad to hear that SN is more like the latter than the former. I had been worrying about how to time it so I go unconscious before feeling the oxygen starvation effects, but from the sounds of it that won't be a necessarily negative feeling.
