Why is there so much suffering in this world. Why does everything have to be so complicated? I feel like it's so easy to mess up. Do the wrong thing, say the wrong thing, not say the right. So things are just so hard to wrap my head around, and often these things get me caught up in a whirlwind of emotions. The spiral becomes so severe that I lose focus, and begin to dissociate. The dissociation sometimes is so severe that I can feel my whole body begin to spin in circles. I feel like I have been this way for the past 5 years, with the last two years getting progressively worse. My sleep is affected and I often can't sleep through the night, and sometimes not at all. Eating has become a chore, and I often forget to drink water.
