planning to ctb this night. but before i'll do it, i wanna vent it out. wanna share a cig and talk it off anyone here from philippines?
man im so lonely, my girlfriend left me yesterday and she was the only one that kept me alive but now she's gone..
i dont have anything to lose so i decided to ctb, i pre-planed it 2 years ago that i'll kys this december but everything changed now.
i have bpd and it really bothers me, man.
my only coping mechanism is subtance abuse and skating but know i am tired of anything.

can someone wanna talk it off, please?

update; it fails.. the belt collapses and i dont have a reliable rope. also the pain in my chest that i wanna vent out is still here, i havent talk to anyone because like i said—i literally have no one. im dying alone

hey, thank you so much for your reply and i'm super grateful for you cause yk all this time there's no one, literally no one wants to talk abt my problems. and yes my neck hurts a bit because i didnt take medication before hanging earlier. after i think 5 seconds i hang my self the belt ripped. again thank you so much for passing by :'))
