This is my protocol
The items i have are only SN , metoclopramide, ibuprofen, and actal plus( anti acid tablets)

Day 1

4:00 P.M. - 1 X 10mg Meto
11:16 P.M. - 1 X 10mg Meto

Day 2

4:00 P.M. - 1 X 10mg Meto
4:00 PM – Started Fast
10:00 P.M. - Stopped Drinking
11:00 P.M. - 900mg of Ibuprofen
11:16 P.M. - 3 X 10mg Meto
11:30 P.M. -actal plus (anti acid tablets)
12:00 A.M. - 25g SN in 50ml water

Pls lmk if my protocol is right or no and if anyone can help make a better one
