CTB PROTOCOL USING SN METHOD

STOP all medication 5 days before CTB.

Day 2 before CTB:

• 08:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Pan 20 mg
• 16:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide
• 24:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide

Day 1 before CTB:

• 08:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Pan 20 mg
• 16:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide
• 24:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide

Day of CTB:

• 08:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Milk of Magnesia 5 ml or Pantrazole 20mg, Remember limit to light foods only.
• 16:00 – 10 mg Metoclopramide + Milk of Magnesia 5 ml (if needed, and here on Fasting starts, no solids, limited liquids)
• 20:00 – Milk of Magnesia 5 ml (if needed) + a piece of Toast.
• 22:15 – Fasting for Liquid Starts.
• 23:00 – 3 x 10 mg Metoclopramide
• 23:15 – 2 x Combiflam (Each contains Ibrufen 400mg and paracetamol 325 mg) + 300-400mg Propranolol.
• 23:42 – (4 tsp) 20 ml Milk of Magnesia + Clonazepam 4 mg + Last Cigarette.
• 23:45 – Neutralise Taste buds by Rotating and Spitting up, (no swallowing) the following: Vodka 60ml then with Mouth wash and then with plain water. Holding each for 2 sec inside mouth.
• 23:45 – 2 x 30 gm of SN in 50-60 ml plain Luke warm water. (My weight reduced from 99.6kg to 98 in 5 days on its own, donno wats happening)
• 23:45 - Neutralise Taste buds by Rotating and Spitting up, (no swallowing) the following: Vodka 60ml then with Mouth wash then with Plain water (Rotate and Spit up, no swallowing). Use mint lozenge in mouth.
• 23:46 – Recline or Sit back on bed using Pillow as support. Not more than 135 degrees. Cig? Can I ?

I still not have SN but a foreigner is sourcing it for me. One that I ordered was waste of precious money. It turned to Nitrate. All of that.


Estimated time to Exit the bus after CTB – Max 45-55 min, LOC in 15-20 minutes, Clonazepam can be substituted by 600 mg Oxazepam (20 tablets x 30 mg, Brand name: Anxozap 30 mg by Sun Pharma, but is extremely costly). (Clonazepam is in budget, Brand Lonazep 2mg). Stomach acid (Specially HCL) will turn NaNO2 to NaCl. If peptic ulcers exist, it will be extremely painful. It is like pouring salt over wounds inside your stomach. So Combiflam double dose is necessary. PPI like Pantoprazole, etc is to be avoided anyhow.

I'm just being pedantic, but when you say "23:45 – 2 x 30 gm of SN in 50-60 ml plain Luke warm water." I'm assuming that you're only drinking one, and will only drink the second glass if you vomit.

30 grams should be more than enough, and drinking two glasses will only increase your odds of vomiting.

You probably already know this, but sharing just in case (and for others that might read this)

I ordered it by creating a background of Home tiffin service for meat. I told them it is needed curing purpose and I still have some but it is not working since it was bought in Jan 2020. Now I created whole lot of stories to buy this. When the SN came, every thing inside was clumped together. Mfg date was May 2024, and expiry was 3 years after this. Though the bottle had air tight cap but was not in plastic wrapping. I bought Aquarium testing kit and it showed presence of nitrate than that of Nitrite. Bionix is the brand which bought for testing. Secondly, I took it a nearby aquarium shop and they tested it for me and also confirmed the presence of nitrate mostly and not nitrite. I tested their water for nitrite with my kit and it was showing same result with both test kit i.e., mine and theirs. I told them I need it for some experiment through which I am trying to refine gold. Those people were uneducated and believed me on this. When stated this to the seller, he refused to return and exchange. So I understood it is a scam.

Woah. How did you know about SN way back in 2020? I heard of SN only on SaSu and I was not very keen about the method until i read the murder case that used SN.. That article opened my eyes about how potent is SN for CTB

No bro, I didn't knew anything about suicide to be painless. Despite life offering me hard time since I was born, I just cannot think of leaving my family alone in this merciless inhumane world where the biggest animal are none other than those who are human skinned. Thought of suicide did came to me numerous times but as usual not knowing it to be possibly painless, lack of courage, my mother and younger brother, who completes my family and my world, my responsibility towards them (though I myself am a failure) and my unfinished unsettled desires and dreams kept me alive. It was only in 2020 that I gathered strength of committing it. Since beginning I had only 1 option that is to jump in front of Kolkata Metro Rail quickly as soon as the train approaches. In 2010, one of my school friend was intoxicated with alcohol, sedatives and then thrown into river. So here I drew another option i.e., to take whole lot of sedatives with alcohol and jump into the river. Don't know every time when I thought of it, above problems were still there but something happened to me and It used to give me strength to maintain my hope. This also happened in 2020 when I was ready for jumping in front of a Metro Rail and had finalized the date April 6th 2020, Hanuman Jayanti, but Covid - 19 Lockdown happened in march itself. Metro Rail was stopped. Everything remained shut for very long. If at time, I could have known about SN, I would not have been here definitely. Not at all. Reason for not knowing SN might be I stopped reading stories like suicide, murder, rape etc like that in 2017 itself. News paper was meant only for knowing geopolitical affairs and business news. Then it dragged on. My bro got covid, then mom and then me. Inspite of stepping out even for max say 20-30 times during entire Covid Season from March 2020 to May 2021. Then all our health started deteriorating faster and faster. Means not dying in 2020, like previously, proved stupid.

I just lied to them about me having SN already. They ask me for pictures of existing SN and I obtained an image from google of the bottle of SN. Then took a white bottle of empty medicines and filled it with normal salt. Sent these to pictures to them stating I do have it already.

I can imagine how much you have suffered if you could think of jumping in front of metro rail. That'd be such a brutal way to die. I'm glad that God didn't let you do that and lockdown happened just weeks before your planned CTB date.

COVID had been tough on a lot of people, some kids became orphans because both their parents died from COVID. Those scientists in Wuhan were literally mad men to unleash the virus.

And bro, you are not a failure. I have been reading your posts here for a long time. I was banned for some time so I couldn't MSG you. I wanted to connect with you, so I contacted you as soon as I got unbanned. What I could read about you is, you are a very intelligent guy, very sharp, great at heart and knowledgeable.
Everyone's running their individual races. Some get "success" early, some get delayed. The KFC guy succeeded in his 60s. I was discussing about success and achievements. He said, that everyone's definition of success is different.
My actual topic was that, my electrical engineering teacher used to say that don't go home on festival holidays, study rigourously. So, I was telling my father, why are teachers in India like study study study all the time, what big things have they achieved by studying all the time. I said, i hardly study and still get high marks. I don't believe in studying 20 hours a day. I just focus in class and then no studies at home when there's no exam. I studied when the exams used to come.
And, another interesting thing, my friend who used to get 60% is more successful than I'm. Lol and is living a better fulfilled life than I'm living.

So, back to you, you don't have to consider yourself a failure. You don't fail until the very day you give up. If you are still in the game, the game is on and you have not failed, you are just running behind. You can always catchup.

Grabbing that one opportunity can turn your life around.

I wouldn't have talked about all this but as you said you live for your family, I want to enable you so you can succeed for them.

I have given life so many chances and have turned my life around 360°. One of my relatives told my father that my career is over. I got scolded by my father that day.
After several years, the same relative wanted to get my number, so that he could ask me for 1 lakh loan. Lol life completed it's full circle there.
So, from my own life experience , I can guarantee you, that you can also turn your life around by 360° if you wish to.
