The one thing that terrifies me most at this point is the idea that I'll be stuck always miserable, always in pain and suffering, but never really desperate enough long-term to take life-ending action. Probably one of the biggest reasons I'm still alive at all at this point.

Sometimes I find myself wishing somehow that things were even worse for me so I could find it within myself to commit suicide. I know that's twisted and backwards since this is all about wanting to not be in pain. I don't think I'm to the point of deliberate self-destruction or anything, though.
I know that it can be awful feeling like you are trapped. To me, the thought of suffering for so many more years is horrifying. I wish that suicide is easier, if it was I would be already gone. I'm sorry that you are in this situation. This life is just so cruel and unfair.
