Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have a book here that I've not got around to reading yet. It's called: My Shit Therapist and Other Mental Health Stories.

I get what you mean. I've had three and it only helped ever so slightly. Most, I've found, are too scripted. My anxiety is back to front as in I can go to the shops etc, but I can't have relationships, but no matter how many times I tell them this, they always go back to the supermarket anxiety thing. I gave up.

I can relate.
I know therapy helps some people but as regards me...
Let's say talking to a wall and my dog is more helpful.

I quit therapy years ago. I quit HIV meds 4 years ago. I quit medical exams altogether 3 years ago.

I'm old. and I just want to be at peace.
