I was extremely depressed and tried to strangle myself with a rough long bath towel at night. What I mean is that I slept in my bed and tried to choke myself with the towel around my neck.

But it felt so uncomfortable and painful and obviously my survival instinct made me gasp for breath and I removed it somehow.
