don't cut yourself please. i know some people get relief from self harm but its gonna create scars, judgement and more problems. too late for you i guess. if you really want to ctb you have to be quiet about it

What way are you thinking? Cutting isn't a way that is realistic. I told my step grandma a few years ago that if shit got really worse I would do it. She didn't say anything. I think she realized shit was fucked.
