Venting I thought things where improving!

I thought things were actaully improving in my life.

I applied for this internship through my university and the company phoned me today.

When i answered the phone i could hear the recruiter but the recruiter could not hear me.

The phone line was poor.
I put my phone on speaker phone and tried different rooms in the house nothing worked.

We tried calling each other all day but still nothing worked.

I am so upset.

I didnt really want the internship but i am desperate to fill the cv gap as it is getting bigger.
My last window to employment is now closed.

Being a gradaute in the UK sucks because there is not a lot of support, lack of job opportunites getting a internship is extremely difficult if you are graduate

Catching the bus here i come .

The job and internship situation in the UK is in a pretty terrible state currently I hope there are more internships you can apply for. I'm currently struggling to find work atm. Its hard to find reasons to carry on.

Every other week I decide to 'change my life!!!111', call Alcoholics Anonymous / therapies / treatment centers / job offers whatever, then either my mental or physical illness flares up, I give up, ignore the calls, go stand on the bridge all night, 'life is a disease' etc etc

Hey Firefox, I'm currently living in North Yorkshire in a dead end town.

I'm looking for jobs mostly in the public sector and in retail.

There's a lot of jobs in the service industry going right now but I'm sick of working in an industry that mostly treats its staff like garbage and and no job security.
