Okay, so i have learned that you can't beat pathologist at their own game so eventually my family is gonna discover i did suicide, but at the same time i donot want to traumatize them with my body being gored or lool like suicide but i know eventually i know pathologist will discover my suicide but at the same time i want my family not see it and know insant it was suicide, so i want a method i donot mind if it's little painful that will make me look like i didnot kill myself (but eventually autopsy will reveal that) i am a male 19 year old, 99 kg, 185 cm tall, i have pharmacies and herb stores around me and donot mind doing hard work just to finish it and unfortunately i cannot buy sn because of my country egypt but if you can show me a method where i can make sn i am happy to or at least tell my ways not to feel pain so i can at least take sodium hydroxide without feeling my insides melting or cut my wrists without pain or show me the method where i can tie something around my neck and snap my cartoid artery and then go to sleep in seconds so please donot give me empty answers, i cannot jump becausey building isnot too high and can't have access to other buildings, so please give me answers and methods i beg you

I feel like only you can make the decision as to what method is best for yourself and what I plan to do is to look at the resources and do research to make sure that the method does not fail. I'm sorry for all the suffering that has brought you to this point, ctb really is so difficult and more than anything I wish that it was easier. This method cannot look like it wasn't suicide. Well, unless, maybe, you were a window cleaner or something, up on scaffolding, and somehow tripped or something, and got the support ropes twisted around your neck. I don't see how a partial hanging could be made to look like an accident. I don't know, in a tree cutting branches, using rope to control the branches being let down to the ground, slipping off a branch and getting entangled in the ropes and "somehow" getting a rope twisted around your neck??????? All seems far-fetched to me.
