So, after trying and failing at nitrogen this past weekend, I decided to try next weekend with the method of Carbon Monoxide and a grill but I can't seem to find the instructions of how to do it and this time, I don't want to fail because my health is getting a lot worse. So if I decide to go the carbon monoxide/grill method:

- Does it matter what type of grill I get?

- Can it be a small table top grill?

- Does it matter what type of charcoal I get?

- Like with nitrogen, do I have to seal off an entire room with me and the charcoal grill in it for it to work? Or can I just do it in my house, period, with all the windows closed and the vents sealed? And if I have to seal off an entire room? Do I have to seal up all windows, vents and doorways?

- If I do it in a tent, do I just close up the tent with me and the charcoal grill inside and is just zipping up the tent enough? Or do I have to tape the tent to the ground to make sure no outside air gets in?

- Lastly, once I start burning the charcoal, then what? I just immediately start breathing in the fumes/smoke? Or do I want until the charcoal is almost burned down and then breathe? Like when exactly do I start breathing in the smoke/fumes? And if I take a bunch of spelling pills before time, will that put me to sleep first and bypass any dizzy and nauseous feelings?

I really hope someone can answer these questions because I'm very serious about me wanting to leave because it's painful being in this body and I want out and I was disappointed that I falied the first time and so I don't want to fail again. So thank you for anyone who can answer these questions.

Here's a guide:

This guide is good but it doesn't answer all the questions that I have and honestly this is supposed to be a sanctioned suicide site, which is why I don't why every thread I see talking about this method, there are always questions that go unanswered about it?

The type of grill is not so important. People also have done it using steel buckets.

Th e grill has to be big enough to hold the amount of charcoal you need to fill the tent/room with CO (there's the formula in the guide) I would increase that amount3-4 times to be definitely sure there is enough CO.

Suggested is lump charcoal.

you will need a closed room/tent, sealed. the smaller the room the better bc it's easier to fill that space with CO.

You have to seal the tent. https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/leaving-tonight.3163/

You don't breath the fume/smoke once the charcoal is glowing red and there's no smoke it's time to start.

If you do it in a room you have to consider that CO is just a little bit lighter than air and near the floor there will be the least concentration of CO.

Ok I hope that helps.

THANK YOU, that's all I wanted to know and needed to know :) - BUT - also lastly, if I did it in a closed closet in my house or apartment, that is completely sealed up, would that work? And also, I plan to have a mechanic friend of mine to set up the grilling process (because he's experienced with all that) and then he would monitor me throughout the process until I'm no longer alive, but he would be protected by wearing a gas mask to shield him from breathing in the fumes and then after I've stopped breathing and he checks my pulse to make sure I'm "gone," he leaves my apartment and goes on about his own way and days later, I'll be found by my landlord. Would that work with me having that type of set-up with the mechanic friend?

And one last thing, I swear - if I fill the grill with three BIG bags of lump charcoal, would that be enough? Like putting the entire lump charcoal from three BIG bags in the grill, would that be enough to bring forth carbon monoxide?

That can have legal consequences for your friend. You should reconsider this method. Also it's dangerous for others who are not living with you in the apartment.

The above is Zanexx's goodbye thread. As far as i know it's the only confirmed successful CO goodbye thread. I've gotten most of my plan from the thread - bought the single layer Regatta Malawi 2 tent, 4kg Weber briquettes, x2 2.3kg capacity chimney starters, gorilla tape and plastic bags to seal up the vents.

The post i linked above is about the importance of not rushing it. The linked article is about a woman accidentally dying after taking a cool bbq that was lit 5 hours ago, into a tent. Zanexx seems to have probably started the briquettes in the chimney for 20-30 mins, then tipped them into the steel bucket and waited 90 mins to cool before getting into the tent with them. I plan to wait until there is no smoke, and it is definitely cool enough to not burn the tent. This could be 2-4 hours after lighting, is my best guess at the moment.

Zanexx succeeded with about 2.5kg briquettes. Another person here failed in their car with 1.5kg charcoal, but apparently later succeeded with 7.5kg. I have 4kg but i'm thinking of buying more briquettes and another chimney starter, and attempting with 7kg. As long as i wait for it to cool enough, i'm thinking this amount should help guarantee success, and reduce the risk of surviving with permanent organ damage.

I'm not sure how common it is for forensics to investigate something that looks like an obvious suicide. But if they do and they find evidence of someone else's presence, your friend is in a world of trouble. Same with digital traces of you two making plans for it, which might include your browser history on this board.

Okay, maybe I'll just leave the friend out of it then, because I don't want him in trouble and I plan to use two grills, both filled with as much lump charcoal as possible. And I live in a guest apartment that is separated from the landlord's main house and I plan to leave a note on the outside of the door telling the landlord to not come in but to call the police because I have unalived myself. Because I don't want to get others hurt and involved.
