I'm currently in a mental hospital kind of place, where they check on you every hour. If I drink the SN right after they check will I be dead within the hour?

I don't even wanna die lol but autism is making me, it's too mentally straining.

I wouldn't risk it, there is a good chance you'd still be savable after an hour and end up in a far worse situation.

Autism huh? I feel that. Can you get out of the facility at all for a day release? I wouldn't attempt it under the current observations.

Probably 1h is the minimum , and 2h is more than safe .

3h was measured with morphine (significantly slows metabolism)

Many reported death around 30m-60m . No medical case of person with fatal dose saved after 2h+ . (almost all rescues were within the hour by people walking around after SN intake or calling for help) .
