Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If I ctb before tomorrow I won't have to attend it. It's a two part interview (45 mins each) and the calendar invite called it a "skills assessment" which makes it sound so much worse. I am absolutely dreading it. I really do not know how to cope with this. Any ideas?

I struggle to cope with life and I dread almost everything so I do not know how to cope. It sounds very stressful what you are going through, this life can be very tiring. Whatever happens, I wish you the best.
The best interview I ever had - I knew I was barely qualified and I had no hope of getting the job. I took two shots of whiskey before the interview to take the edge off the anxiety. I mean, I already know I have no chance, so why not be a little buzzed?
I fucking aced it. I was calm, talkative, and maintained a level head. They offered me the job like three weeks later.
I don't know what drugs/substances you prefer, or what your tolerance is, but in my experience getting fucked up to the point right before you're considered impaired in the best place to be at an interview.

I mean you got the interview so that means something. I like what Noctis said, you can use indifference to your advantage. Remember you are ultimately in control of your life no matter what happens.
Usually those tests are more to see your skills , just be aware of the questions that look the same, its a trick they use.Try not to be very nervous, I wish you good luck and hope you nail it. Sounds more scary than it is .
Actually, it was. This was before the 'rona, so almost all interviews were in person. Just took the shots, brushed my teeth, and chewed gum on the way over. It's not like I was taking the shots as I walked into the interview room. I made sure I didn't smell of booze. But even if I did, I didn't feel like it could hurt my chances.

Interviewer: Where will you be in this company in five years?
You: I will have killed myself long before then.
Sorry if that bit of attempted humor was too dark. Seriously, I truly wish you the best in landing the job if that is what you want. I remember quite a few stressful interviews right after college.
