I have some cash and could potentially acquire N from C but I still don't understand how the fuck I am supposed to get the N tested at a facility in Spain. I just put some in a fuckin container and send it to Spain and hope nobody notices this strange powder being sent?

The more I read about SN, the more terrified I become. It's still the way I'm planning to go (assuming I get my package), but N seems to be a much more peaceful method. Assuming I had the cash, who or what is A or C. I'm not asking for the answer (unless it's in a PM) but a point in the right direction toward the proper resource would be appreciated.
