I got one shot at this how do I make sure it works

I'm in a mental hospital but I have shoelaces I know to tie them round my neck but how do I do it step by step? It needs to be done quick and quietly as I only got one chance

I would not recommend attempting while in a mental hospital. I don't know that anyone here is going to offer step by step guidance to you directly either, especially under these circumstances.

it's really risky doing it somewhere you can be found out within 30 minutes, I don't think it's a good idea
