On one of the walls of my house there is a metal bolted, so I tied my rope there and then put it around my neck

Partial hanging is really frustrating- I think if you do it whilst completely sober or if you're not in extreme distress - it just didn't work for me and SI kicks in. It was a painful disappointment for me. I wish you all the best.

The amount of failure threads I've seen of partial has convinced me it is unreliable.

Are people really passing from it? Maybe because they are we don't hear about them.

I've seen videos of people succeeding with partial, it'll most likely be the way I do it.

I've tried partial but could just never get it to work right. Too afraid to try full suspension in case it fails and I end up struggling in pain for 20 minutes before passing.

I think I'm going to go this way I wanted to try exit bag and nitrogen but it's going to take too long to get everything ordered and organised.
Is there a right way to do it other than just having a strong enough rope and anchor point?

God, don't ask me. I don't have a method of choice yet. I've considered everything from N to SN to partial to full suspension to an exit bag to jumping... There's no great answer, sadly, but the best options are probably (in my opinion) N if you can get the money or a gunshot to the head if you can get a gun and aren't squeamish about it.

No worries, I'm always happy to talk about it (except to my psychiatrist...), although I'm pretty early on in the planning stage.
