Method Holy shit I think I got it (partial)

I tested partial today, using a pillow sheet around my neck and a 12mm rope. I think I finally nailed it. My vision went blurry, I felt some type of shiver rush around my body, my ears were ringing and it felt like I was hearing things that weren't there, but there was no pain at all.

My senses went crazy, after I stopped and I grabbed the rope, it felt like I could hear every single inch of the rope as it moved and my touch sense felt 10x stronger, weird stuff

It all took maybe 5 seconds

I'm still making sense of the whole thing but I heard things like fake screaming also, and something that reassembled a chain being moved through concrete

In my experience the only feelings and sensations i felt while being close to passing out were just dizziness and similar feeling I get after smoking (sleepy feeling) and also vision starts going black.

But the symptoms of fake screaming i heard and actually i remember screaming too myself (my survival instinct probably initiated that) were like something you experience in a nightmare when you sleep but I was awake for the experience.

I also couldn't believe I didnt wake anyone up because i was made to believe by my survival instinct that i was screaming so loud that i never knew i could scream this loud.

The thing I fear the most is suffocating, I only considering hanging and partial hanging because I hope it kills me by stopping blood pressure instead of suffocating.

I think it might be a common experience because i too heard voices (albeit no screaming) when I tried psh.

Yes exactly like that, it made it so much better, I basically experienced no pain on my neck which allowed me to press further and almost pass out

Maybe as we leave our bodies we start to hear spirits in the purgatory or something, who knows, biologically I dont know why our brains would make us hear things like that as we lose oxygen

For me it makes sense why the brain would make me hear things like that. My brain realized that its dying, and literally took control over me

When i heard those screams i felt like i was dying and trying to do everything i could to be saved, i still dont understand how those screams were fake because if they were real everyone in my house would have woken up and found me.

If the shit i experienced in this thread scared you just from reading about it, imagine how i felt. i felt helpless, i felt pure horror that words cant describe. Even thinking about the event still gives me trauma, I just cant believe that my brain was able to put so much fear in me, only in my imagination and hallucinations.

The feeling that i felt was if someone was choking me to death, but there was no one..... only me alone in my room

But when i try partial again at least i will be prepared
