Help How to alert someone to find you

Is there anyway to schedule send something to alert the police without going through anyone else first? I would love if no one had to find my body and it could just go to the cops directly. I know there's always the option to send a text instructing someone to call the police, but I'm wondering (hoping) there's another way.

My idea was to send a letter by post to the cops the day before I do it. But I need to be 100% sure to ctb after that.

My method is very quick (hanging) so my plan was to call an ambulance and lie about the reason, maybe say I'm feeling suicidal but have no plan / means. Then leave a note on the front door explaining where to find me, etc. I feel like that can't really go wrong, I just need to make sure I don't chicken out.

if done correctly, losing consciousness is quick with hanging, NOT death.
You should hang for at least half a hour without interruption (and that's an estimate so preferably longer). If found before then, you could still be saved and possibly left with brain damage.

One can use scheduled emails or text messages. I plan on sending delayed good bye letters for family and other people that know me.
