How do people in restricted environments CTB

Hi,
I want to know how people in restricted environments (prison/mental hospitals etc...) CTB. My IQ/reading comprehension isn't the best. I read an article about a person in Georgia (ATL area) who was in a restricted environment (prison/jail) and was able to CTB. Can anyone explain how they do it in restricted (prisons/mental hospitals etc...) environments in the simplest way possible. I also read the inside prison article already.

Hanging, ligature strangulation

I was attempting hanging today (with a belt against or with a door) and couldn't do it. Ligature strangulation is also hard for me to understand.

Any advice on ligature strangulation.

I've tried doing ligature strangulation. I also downloaded the files a person put on drop box and still can't understand it. There's also a lot of info on it on this site. Is there any super easy tutorials on how to do it.
