How do i privatise my profile settings on the site

I have noticed some members on SS when you click their profile it says this member limit who can see their profile as a result you can't see their posts and profile

How I do change my settings so people can't view your profile/post history?

I don't want people seeing my posts anymore and when I do plan to catch the bus I want no one to access my account history

For your profile, it will be under settings -> privacy menu. But you cannot hide your posts, I'm afraid. People can just search for your username in the advanced search.
