Discussion How do i cope with things

Where i live, same for basically everywhere else, the surge in house prices make me feel so suicidal to a degree, id hate to be homeless and i also wanna own a house without worrying about renting. im afraid itll take forever to get a job esp for me because of ASD, selective mutism and social anxiety. im afraid ill be stuck just leeching of the goverment plan for money because of it. i hate how theres also not a lot of houses u can get here because of the HUGE inflation and plus, how ppl keep buying multiple or the mass amount of people coming to said country. im all for getting ppl into safe areas so they arent at risk for anything but, its "overpopulated" mine somehow.

i really want to live a life where im with my bf, where i can buy things i love. my dream house is a place sorta far from ppl but close enough to still get grocerys and such other important things. i want to live in the quiet, in a beautiful scenary, i want to have my own pets as well. i want to live a life i can feel happy in and live without major worries. but, this dream strays furthur away because of how bad its getting.

i wish i was born into a wealthy family :(

Yeh being born into a wealthy family would eradicate so many of the fears that haunt us. It's depressing. Why must so many of us suffer these debilitating stressors

Meds or some intensive treatment to fix your brain. The breathing techniques don't work for us. It's for the people who have some little anxiety. It's not for us. Coping isn't going to be some video games or a book or a hot bath.

Go outside, drink water, eat food, get sunshine, go outside in public where other people are because we're social creatures and find a lot of peace in being around others, and then take the meds or some intensive brain treatment.
