I CAN'T EVEN STAND THE HEARTBURN I GET FROM DRINKING APPLE JUICE. I KNOW SN HURTS FAR MORE THAN A HEARTBURN. I GET JOINT PAINS FROM SWIMMING. PLZ OFFER ADVICE?

I actually aborted SN. Went to ICU even though I forced myself to puke. I was terrified, but it didn't hurt. I was just having an anxiety attack. I recommend taking some kind of anxiety medication. Antiemetics probably are recommended but in my experience... even little doses can be seriously lethal. I was on a full stomach and did it on an impulse. If I did it now, I'd first and foremost try to calm myself before doing it and not be afraid.Similar threads
