Went from a 4 to an 8 in about 5 days.

Last week I definitely was at 8. Some days in I also got a rude migraine and I found an incredibly strange correlation with Sumatriptan and mood boosts. I looked it up and it seems to be a known effect, but no talks about it...
Since then it's like a cork has been unplugged and I have been gradually been getting better. Maybe to a 6-7

This week I'm somewhere between 4-5, after a (good) weird thing happened during meditation. And probably also because I started microdosing again.

I've been at a 6/7 recently (sorry). I love this scale and even taught my therapist about it. It doesn't always resonate perfectly but it's still really helpful in gauging where I'm at. I'm not very good at assessing my own emotional state, or expressing it to others, so it's nice to have what's basically a rubric! I didn't realize I'd actually gotten this bad until now, actually, and there have been a few 8 moments lately too now that I think about
