it's gotten worse, I feel so horrible, I thought I was getting better but now I realize I haven't. Without him, I genuinely have no will to live, I can't be depended on someone, I feel like I'm stressing him out but like I genuinely feel sick without him. I can't help but self harm when he isn't around. I really need to be independent, since he's not always going be there to help me but I struggle to do so. I'm such a burden to him, no matter what he says I feel a sense of guilt.
