Search bar isn't working so I'm gonna ask you for advice!
I used to be a heroin addict and I decided to ctb next week with meto + SN.
When I used I never got nauseous from heroin but I'm not sure if this could be an issue with SN when I'm using after half a year on suboxone.

Any advice is appreciated

I think a small dosage would be fine. You would increase your risk of vomiting, but a strong AE like meto should be able to counteract that. Imo even if it increases the risk of failure, it is worth it for the comfort and euphoric feeling. But do it at your own discretion, you are taking a risk even without the heroin
