I have always wondered what its like to die of murder. I bet its super scary and sudden. As much as i want to die right now I want it to be peacful and i want to say goodbye to people on my death bed.

As much as I want to leave this world, this is not something I want to think about. I only want to die on my own terms. The type of death that I want is one that is like falling into a deep sleep, I do not want to experience any unpleasant dying process. Dying a slow death sounds really awful. I also think if someone dies a sudden death, they do not have time to process what is happening to them. The thing that I often think about is, how our lives can be taken away at any moment randomly by various different causes. Us humans are powerless in comparison to death.

I somewhat envy murder victims, not really the brutality of their deaths but more the surprise factor, most them are just going about their everyday lives before they come across the psychopath that kills them. I wish I could have that, dying when I wasn't expecting it, with suicide you know exactly when and how you're going to die, which hurts mentally.

I have thought about it quite a bit (both recently and in the past). Quite honestly, I'd rather pick suicide. I like having control over the way my life will end. There are people I need to say goodbye to and certain possessions I need to leave behind and whatnot. As mentioned in a previous reply, I prefer a peaceful death and murders aren't exactly pleasant and peaceful, are they?

I will be very ok with being murdered if it'd be sudden and painless. Actually I think about this often since I really have some enemies from past. I'd done some very wrong things to some people and I expect (and deserve) a harsh punishment from them. But years passed and they didn't do anything. It seems that they just don't care about me and letting me live with like a ghost. I am not sure if they choose this way knowingly but it's the harshest form of punishment for my crime.

It mostly depends on which way I die, but I can't say that I wouldn't want to have someone else do what I can not. I would prefer to go out with minimal pain but if the murder is relatively quick and intense it would still be a net-positive for me since it gets the job done. Tough to draw a clear line where the murder becomes cruel and unacceptable though.

Being murdered is something that some of us have to face as a real possibility in going about our everyday lives. Especially when you've got a target on your back. In fact, for me it's knowing and feeling like my time is almost up in this world makes me want to have control of the way in which I leave it. I don't want my last moments on this Earth to be had feeling panic, being scared and afraid. This is why N should be more available, for some people life gets so out of control and crazy that giving them a peaceful way out is only humane.

I have fantasized quite a lot about being murdered in a quick and painless way, and I would really appreciate it. I think it would be a lot better for my family too. I've had a lot off nightmares where I've been strangled to death and that have been horrible, so I wouldn't prefer to die in a brutal way.

I've thought about it, among many other scenarios. It would be nice is someone just did the job for me... like if they broke into my house or something and put a gun to my head I'd be like "yeah, pull the trigger! thank you". It would probably freak them out a bit.

I imagine it would be the worst experience of a persons life but since they aren't around to tell the tale it makes us less sensitive about it. Still to those who know someone it's happened to reading people wishing for it must make them see red. You're never going to get killed by a person who likes you. It's an act of hatred and a violation of human rights

I have from time to time, but yeah… I definitely wouldn't want it. One: I don't know if it'd be quick and painless. And two: if they fail to actually kill me and make sure I'm dead, I could end up with disabilities. And three: I want to die when I'm actually ready to die.

For sure. In general I have thought about what it is to die. What it feels like, where we go if anywhere, etc. I've said time and time again ideally I would like it to happen protecting someone else, but I know the chances of that are practically zero. If I went out by being murdered I just hope it's quick.

Oh yeah, all the time. One of the reasons I'm scared of committing suicide outside in a tent is because I'm worried some stranger might come in and murder me. Which sounds ridiculous, because it is. On the flipside, when I was at school or working retail, I always kinda fantasized about a school shooter coming in and shooting me to death. Or even walking on the streets and someone pulls a gun on me and I just goad them into shooting.

There's a big benefit to dying by murder, especially if it's one of those indiscriminate shooting things. Like a school or retail shooting, you're just a statistic, you're one of many deaths and I don't want the attention. I'd prefer it if my family didn't think I killed myself, but I just died, maybe even in a heroic attempt.

The problem is, I don't like pain, and most murderers don't kill with a delicate touch. If it's quick and painless, done for that, but it seems unlikely that that would be the case.

I'm not sure about murder, but I always thought it'd be a pleasant coincidence if someone suicidal accidentally took me out with them in their vehicle ctb attempt, like while attempting to crash their vehicle. A two for one special, on the big man.
