Don't people understand that most of us have tried that and it doesn't work? Ugh, I hate those kind of talks. No, I won't be more optimistic. No, I don't want to see a professional, just let me die in peace. I wish we could all just be more optimistic and enjoy life, but that's not reality for most of us.
