I often go on walks and find myself scanning and analysing trees to see if they're suitable to hang my self from. But I just can't seem to find any but at the same time I'm unsure what to look for exactly and how I'd even get myself to a high enough part to hang myself from. Maybe I'm over thinking it? How do people just impulsively hang themselves successfully?! Is there something I should be looking for? I just have no idea but hanging is starting to become my only option

Same here, I occasionally look at possible trees and imagine how I spend my last moments there with alcohol, music and staring into the sun before I go through with it.
Even though I have no suicide planned these thoughts relax me, similar to how normal people imagine laying on the beach lol.Similar threads
