Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

You can't receive PMs yet, I guess you need to post a few more messages, see the rules & info : "The permissions to create a thread, send and receive PMs, and to use the chatroom will be granted automatically after you post a certain secret number of times and are active for at least 24 hours. This is to avoid spam and abuse of accounts."
They want to post multiple posts just so they can get the post count higher so that they can receive private messages. The private message function is only activated after you made a few posts
When u click on someone's name it will start saying "start chat" when you can send and receive pms

I'm in the U.K. also and have been searching since November with no luck :(
Sorry I can't help you. I got mine in early 2019. Things change pretty quickly, I don't think it's possible to get it where I ordered it anymore. I hope someone else who ordered more recently will help you, good luck !
