Every year it gets worse

I'm in a situation where there is an annual mess going on with my family and I can't handle it. I've been suicidal many times before and this time of year and set of activities is always in the major causes of it.

I really think I'm just going to end it all this time because I can't handle it.

That sounds very stressful. I know that it is awful when things just get worse, one of the most horrible things about life is that there is no limit as to how bad things can get. I hope you find relief from suffering, I wish you the best.
