Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Has anyone else thought about what they want to happen after they're gone? Like cremation vs burial. "Pulling the plug" if things go wrong and you end up on life support. Etc...

I've thought about it, but realized it doesn't matter much, does it? I think cremation would be better for the people responsible for my funeral. I know it's cheaper than a burial. I don't care about my ashes being spread anywhere significant. But funerals are for the living, not the dead.

Even thinking about what happens to my stuff after I'm gone doesn't matter much to me. Like sure, there's some stuff I need to get rid of before I do anything. But I don't own anything of value. I have a laptop and phone my daughter might want, so I think I'll factory reset them so she'll have immediate access to them. But honestly, she probably won't want anything from me.

The more I think, the more I realize how trivial it all is. Maybe it's just me? Does anyone have an end-of-life plan?
