Email from the past

Hello,

On the thread suicide resources compilation I found this https://www.futureme.org/ but when I tried to make a test, it asked me to confirm the email address, so to whoever I send one of those they'll need to confirm their mail.
Thing is I need to send a mail to another person, I really need to inform this person this I ended my life after it's done.

So does anyone knows a better way to send this mail? Does anyone have tried another method?
