Hi everyone, do you think drilling a hole in the wall just above a wooden doorframe and passing a climbing rope inside it would be a viable full-suspension hanging method? Would a common door frame be able to sustain and distribute the weight of a man? Let's say 90kg/200lbs

Sure, you can say it's viable full suspension as long as legs no longer touch the ground, and thrashing around doesn't bring risk of untangling the rope or bringing down doorframe.

If there is a hole, it better be good knot on the other side. Door frame material should be strong enough to not widen the hole and let the rope through. The closer to hinges, the stronger cantilever and lower risk of these giving up.

Common door frame unfortunately doesn't mean anything to us. 90 kgs is indeed still in average man's weight, but in relation to door frame strength doesn't give any assurance. You could make a test with ready setup, just grabbing with hands to the end of the rope and swinging a bit, not worrying about bringing anything down, but kinda trying to do it. Then it's only on you how sure you are of the setup. Otherwise it would be material engineering calculations, and we can't do that for you.
