I would use meto and if you can get it also Dilantin so your sure it's kaput.

I won't be using meto with my N.

I say it's ok, I don't suffer from nausea and vomiting like a cancer patient, so I won't be needing it.

N takes effect within minutes- It's not like SN which begins to work once it absorbs in the intestines, so I don't see the point in speeding up gastric emptying either.

Plus it's super effective on its own, so it won't need any sort of potentiating imo.

Do these things for peace of mind if you wish, but I won't be doing any of them, and I'm certain it will be fine.
