Seeking F. only - my age or older.
Would like to see if anyone else out there could use a little push in accomplishing the bare minimum of their day.
I used to have energy for life (errands, cleaning, creativity and showing up in the world) but now it's hard for me face my roommates, let alone do my skincare regimen.
Perhaps if anyone is in the same boat we could encourage one another.
