Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i've come to realize that i dont cut anymore in an attempt to kill myself, i've found that I'm addicted to the feeling of it. The burn, the sting, it's something that's come to be euphoric for me.
Is that normal? Does anyone else struggle with this?

It is normal as far as normal can be, it is the addiction side of cutting, the relief of seeing blood flow or having a visual for the pain you feel inside can be euphoric, the pain gets addicting, knowing you have the power to keep doing it and survive it does something to the brain
I remember reading that fear and pleasure spark the same parts of the brain, and cutting has definitely a side of fear to it, at least for me, the fear of hitting a vein or going too far ended up manifesting as a pleasure to make myself go deeper and harder and do more, w time I found myself unable to differentiate the fear from the pleasure, it gave me the same rush anyway so why care? At least that was how I felt about it
So it is normal, sadly, not all cutters do it simply for wishing to die, it becomes an addiction, like narcotics or self asphyxiation, an escape from reality

You might like the book Sharp Objects. There are millions of people who cut, mostly girls. medically, it falls under "non-suicidal self injury". here's a Reddit support group. https://www.reddit.com/r/selfharm/
Definitely something many of us experience, mm mm. It's grounding for me, it makes the spiraling stop and watching the blood bead and then slide down, it's beautiful in a way that's hard to explain
I also think the scares are cute, not to glorify SH but they just seem like the kind of thing I like. And they feel very personal and real, like seeing them let's you understand something about someone else
Like getting to expressing a taboo topic society tries to hide but the scars can't be erased, only covered at best and there's something almost defiant in that as well as acknowledging :3
