I have two options: SN or partial hanging. Neither looks very peaceful. Swallowing SN must be very difficult. And with partial hanging you are likely to fail.

Partial hanging is prone to failure because people is not doing it correctly.
As for the SN, i find the swallowing part is not really that hard. The hard part could be actually not puking it in the first few minutes.
Even if you vomit, you can still succeed i think. I ll use SN as my method. Already have it.
