Yes the issue is not applying enough pressure and the knot being done quickly- I wanted to do fsh but I don't have any anchor points - I tried to tie a ligature and couldn't get it right as I was too focused on how I needed to the reef knot so the pressure could actually stay
Is ligature strangulation effective. I haven't heard many cases of it being used
it's very effective just not a method people typically choose when they have others available- most common method used in psych wards - think of it this way you have to put in alot of force and effort manually because it's not your body weight causing the pressure needed to obstruct the carotid arteries like in partial and full suspension hanging
