Help A question, is anyone willing to double ctb in Estonia?

I always thought doing it with someone would be nice, or even find someone who could help provide me the right things, in Estonia, I might accept a SN method, or hanging, or anything, at this point I'm not picky, I just wonder if there's anyone from here that might want a friend to do it with
It came to mind while I was walking, that a double ctb is possible if I meet someone who'd like to do it with me, or someone who might help me with suppliers to Estonia, generally I'm not picky, I just really want to go
Plus if I dont find anyone by tomorrow I can just attempt by train, which is an okay way to go

I don't know what it is technically. On my side, one has to log in again when clicking this link. But I saw you could access it now.
