I've read about 10 minutes. Fasting and having an empty stomach means the water + SN will move from the stomach into the small intestine quickly, so only 1 glass may be lethal, the second is just in case you throw up too soon, maybe 1 or 2 minutes after the first.

Seems quite a long time to keep down, a bit disheartening if it causes as much nausea as it seems to. in addition does anyone know why fasting longer than eight hours would be detrimental? I know some here have fasted 24 or 48 hours and ctbSimilar threads
