Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This job was the only thing keeping me tethered. And now it might be stripped from me. The worst part is I don't even know when or if I'll lose it, so CTB is always on the forefront of my mind and it's terrifyingly real.

I am so sorry. Are you facing homelessness if you lose it or do you have a place you can stay? If you're looking for options other than 12-step recovery dogma there's Secular Sobriety or harm reduction groups [1,2]
So sorry this may happen to you. If you go to rehab do you think you might be able to keep your job?
If I lose my current job, I'm out of here. I'm done looking for jobs.
Maybe this sounds stupid but what would happen if you go to them and confess what you have done? Tell them you are suffering from an addiction but want to make it right? If it's likely you will be caught anyway and possibly end up fired/prosecuted- it may work out better coming from you. Maybe that's a stupid idea though. I'm sorry you are in this situation and I hope it works out.

Unfortunately, I would recommend the exact opposite. (HR is there for the company and is not your friend.) If they have no idea, then you're fine. I'm not sure what your work rights are where you are so proving something may be irrelevant.
I do hope this situation works out for you. You can always quit before they fire you but if they let you go, you can collect unemployment for a bit.
Admit nothing.

That sounds like such an awful situation to be in. I cannot even imagine how hard it must be having to deal with all that. I hope that in whatever happens, you find relief from your suffering.
