Carbon Monoxide suicide in flat! (No car, no balcony)

I am alone in my flat until Friday afternoon, and I want to end my life before then. I had heard of carbon monoxide suicide before, and thought I'd end it in the bathroom with 4 big size disposable grills I bought. But after reading a bit in the carbon monoxide megathread, it seems more difficult than I thought.

Although a portable grill with high quality charcoal might be better than what I have, shouldn't 4 big disposable grills still be enough in a small bathroom completely airtight in bathroom?

And secondly, I read that you need to let the charcoal burn for a while before putting it in the room/car/tent you intend to die in — Why is this a problem? Is there any smart way to do this at home before bringing it into the bathroom? Oven with fan on?

No, don´t use disposable BBQ´s. Use a high quality BBQ with high quality coal (no briquetts). You need at least 135g coal per qm room air. The coal must be well glowing before you put the BBQ into the room.
