I have personally lost all faith in the mental healthcare system. They tell me to deal with my problems myself and to ignore what I cannot control. That's pretty hard unless I smoke myself high in my room all day and night. Ironically, I'm told to participate in society to make myself feel better. Witnessing human everyday life always makes me feel worse. The rentless high standards and competition. If I'm not creative or hot enough, I'm excluded. Then so many hobbies and interests are tied to consumerism. I don't feel a pull toward that. Pls don't be too hard on me. I posted in a therapist forum and got grilled/judged by therapists for not simply going for my goals and having drug problems.
